Austrian stylist Caroline Sieber recently married her longtime boyfriend Fritz von Westenholz in a spectacular ceremony in Vienna. Vogue was on-hand to document the occasion, which attracted guests such as Pippa Middleton, Lauren Santino Domingo and the Courtins-Clarins cousins, as well as the fittings beforehand for Sieber’s Chanel gown to which she was accompanied by Hamish Bowels.
