Marina Marshall Rust, the daughter of Fiona Field Kay of Amsterdam and David E. Rust of Washington, was married yesterday to Ian Christian Connor, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Phelps Connor of Laona, Wis. The Rev. David Boulton, an Episcopal priest, performed the ceremony at Christ Church in Dark Harbor, Me.
