Her Highness Princess Mنrtha Louise and Mr Ari Behn were married in Nidaros Cathedral on 24 May 2002.

Nidaros Cathedral was decorated with Mنrtha lilies (a white Easter Lily), yellow and cream lilies, pale roses, marguerites and lilies-of-the-valley.

Princess Mنrtha Louise’s two-piece wedding costume was designed by Wenche Lyche. The jacket, with its long train, was made by the designer, while the gown itself was sewn by Anna Bratland.

Former Miss India and actress Gul Panag tied the knot with an airline pilot and former classmate, Rishi Attari, aka Gurshinder Singh, in Haryana. The wedding took place on Sunday morning as per Sikh rituals in a Gurdwara in Panchkula, Haryana.

Prince Edward married Sophie Rhys-Jones at St George's Chapel in Windsor. At the couple's request, the ceremony was primarily for family and friends and did not follow the pattern of previous royal weddings.

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter and the 29-year-old actress married in a private ceremony on Saturday (September 22) in Atlanta, Georgia.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds stepped outside of the church and took photos in front of their “just married” car and held up “thank you” signs.
