To give him his full title, HRH Crown Prince General Dr Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Bolkiah GCVO is heir to the Sultan of Brunei. In an extravagant ceremony on 9 September 2004 the Prince married 17-year old Pengiran Anak Sarah. The ceremony, estimated to cost nearly £3 million, took place at the Nurul Iman Palace in Bandar Seri Begawan.
