The wedding of King Constantine, born in 1940 and king of Greece 1964-1973. He married Princess Anne-Marie, youngest daughter of Frederik IX of Denmark. In April 1967 the 'Colonels' military junta took power and the king fled to Rome in December. He was formally deposed in June 1973 and the monarchy was abolished by national referendum in 1974.
With the Greek royal family in exile Princess Alexia's wedding to Carlos Morales Quintana took place at the St. Sophia Cathedral in London. The ceremony in London was attended by numerous royals including the Queen and Prince Phillip as well as Spain's King Juan Carlos and his wife Queen Sophia. Quintana is an architect and the couple, who have four children, live in Lanzarote in a house he designed.
Princess Noor bint Asem of Jordan, born on 6 October 1982 as Noor bint Asem, is a member of the Jordanian Royal Family. On 29 August 2003, the Royal Jordanian Court announced Princess Noor’s marriage to Prince Hamzah bin Al Hussein, her second cousin, had taken place. The marriage ceremony was held at al-Baraka Palace in Amman. The celebration of the marriage (Zifaf) was held on 27 May 2004 at Zahran Palace in Amman.

The religious wedding of Fürst Alexander zu Schaumburg-Lippe and Dr. Nadja Anna Zsoeks took place at the Stadtkirche in Bückeburg. The wedding was attended by many royals. A wedding ball was held in the evening at Bückeburg Castle. At midnight a torch procession and short musical performance took place at the castle.
