Luxembourg's Royal court has released the much-awaited itinerary of Prince Guillaume's wedding to Stéphanie in October.

With a civil wedding service at the Luxembourg Town Hall on Friday and a religious service in the Cathedral the following day, there will be plenty of opportunities for the public to get a glimpse of the Royal couple.

Friday festivities

Festivities will begin on October 19 with the civil service taking place at 3.30pm. Members of the public will be able take move freely around Place Guillaume II where they can get a peek before and after the ceremony.

From there, the pair will move to the nearby Grand Ducal Palace for a Gala dinner, which begins at 7.30pm. During the course of the afternoon, the couple will also meet with representatives from local youth organisations, as is the tradition.

Saturday's itinerary

The following day will see Stéphanie and Guillaume attend a sumptuous religious wedding at the capital's Cathédral Notre-Dame, beginning at 11am. The public will be able to line the streets outside the cathedral. This will be followed by a public address to be organised by the Ville de Luxembourg. No further details were available on this at the time of publishing.

The wedding party will then move to the Grand Ducal Palace for a wedding reception at 1pm.

Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg Prince Guillaume announced plans to marry Belgian Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy at the end of April.

Among the high-profile guests expected to attend the wedding will be the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate.

The son of firm owner Anton Wolfgang Graf von Faber-Castell and wife Mary, Charles Alexander, married Melisa Eliyesil today at the Martin-Luther-Kirche in Stein.

Both met in New York 2009, she studied at the Parsons The New School for Design and he did his MBA at the Columbia Business School, after he worked several years as investmentbanker in the USA.

They had their civil wedding in september 2011

Prince Carl-Albrecht of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Camilla Gräfin Schenk von Stauffenberg were married on April 28 at St Vitus Kirche near Schloss Amerdingen in Kessel.

Camilla, 28, will take over her maternal grandfather, Count Alfred Schenk von Stauffenberg's estate at Amerdingen.

The couple have been a couple for nearly five years, and were first introduced at an event in Tegernsee.  The civil wedding took place in March in Munich.

His on-screen Hollyoaks wedding as Max Cunningham ended badly with him being run over by a speeding car. Today, actor Matt Littler tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend Jayne Mahon, and things went off without a hitch.

The former Hollyoaks actor got married at Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral, but added a splash of cheeky humour to proceedings.

Princess Felipa of Bavaria, one of the daughters of Prince Leopold and Princess Ursula, got hitched to film producer and commoner Christian Dienst on Saturday  in Germany.

Princess Carolina of Bourbon-Parma, the daughter of Princess Irene of The Netherlands (niece of Queen Beatrix and the granddaughter of the late Queen Juliana) and Prince Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma married Albert Brenninkmeijer, a member of the  Brenninkmeijer family, in Florence, Italy; the couple married in a civil ceremony in The Netherlands back in April.
