F1 driver Maria Villota has married her partner Rodrigo in Santander in a low key ceremony following a romantic surprise proposal.  De Villota suffered horrendous injuries in the opening lap crash during a test at Duxford in Cambridgeshire last year, losing her right eye and her sense of taste and smell. She died two months later after her surprise wedding.
