According to multiple reports , the "Modern Family" star said "yes" to on-and-off-again boyfriend Nick Loeb while vacationing at the posh Rosewood Mayakoba resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, for Vergara's birthday (she turns 40 today). Loeb is said to have proposed to Vergara on Monday, while the pair were exploring the nearby archaeological ruins of Chichen Itza.
