Frank Sinatra married actress Ava Gardner ten days after the singer divorced his first wife Nancy Barbato. Apparently as the band started playing “Here Comes The Bride”, Ava tripped and was engulfed by her wedding dress at the foot of the church stairs. Not the best omen.
